The AI project manager is in beta. It shows its working as it goes, and it can make mistakes, so check anything that matters.
Where to ask
- In a channel: tag
@Pondros. It answers in the thread, so the channel sees the answer. - In a DM with Pondros, or Slack’s AI assistant panel.
- On the web: Agent in the Pondros app, at app.pondros.com.

It can only read channels it’s been added to. If you ask about one it isn’t in, it says so; invite it and ask again.
Jobs you can hand it

Documents
Docs, Sheets and Slides are written into your own Google Drive, in a folder called Pondros. The first time you ask for one, Pondros asks you to connect your Drive; it only gets access to files it creates. See Google Calendar and Drive.
Built-in skills cover decks, spreadsheets, documents and PDFs, plus team updates, SOPs, post-mortems, investor updates and more. Documents are the one thing Pondros meters. See What counts as an AI-built document.
Longer work
For a job that takes a while, Pondros says it’ll work on it in the background, and posts the finished result back into the same thread, usually within a few minutes.
Memory and skills
Memory
Tell it how your team works and it remembers: remember that Acme invoices go to Priya. Ask what do you remember about me? to see what it knows, and forget … to remove something.
Skills
A skill is a written method Pondros follows for a kind of task. Beyond the built-in ones, you can upload your own, as a .zip of skill folders, in Settings → Skills. Each can be turned on or off.
Seeing what it did
While it works, Slack shows Pondros thinking and a live checklist of its steps. Each answer has Good response and Bad response buttons. Past web conversations and the files it made are under Agent in the app.
