Plans and billing
Free and Business, who counts as an active user, what an agent run is, and what happens when you reach an allowance.

One invoice covers the workspace. There are no seats to buy or assign, and anyone in your Slack can start using Pondros without asking.
Who counts as active
On Business you pay for the people who used Pondros in the last 28 days: asked it something, replied to a follow-up, closed a task, or worked in the app.
- Being assigned a task, or being followed up with, doesn’t make someone active. Replying does.
- Sitting in a channel Pondros is in doesn’t count.
- Guests and people from outside your company are always free.

Allowances are per workspace and reset on the 1st of each month.

What counts as an AI-built document
An AI-built document is a Google Doc, Sheet or Slides deck, or a formatted document, that Pondros writes for you. See Ask Pondros. One conversation counts once, however many drafts it takes. Everything else is unlimited: answering questions, researching, updating the board, following up, and scheduled jobs.
When you reach an allowance
Nothing else stops. Pondros keeps tracking tasks, following up and answering questions. Only new documents pause until the allowance resets on the 1st, and Pondros says so when you ask for one.
Far above the allowance there’s a safety limit on how much work the agent takes on in a month, so a runaway job can’t run forever. If a workspace reaches it, Pondros pauses new agent work and says so, until the month resets or you upgrade. Follow-ups and task tracking carry on.
The free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial with everything unlimited, and no card. When it ends, the workspace moves to Free and keeps working. Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out.
Change or cancel
- An admin subscribes, upgrades or cancels from Settings → Billing. Members can see the plan but not change it.
- If you cancel, you keep Business until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to Free. You won’t be charged again.
- For a card change, an invoice or a receipt, email hey@pondros.com.
Note
If a payment fails and isn’t fixed, the workspace pauses behind a billing screen until a card is added. Cancelling never does this.
