Tag @Pondros in. Nothing gets dropped.
When someone in a channel asks a teammate for something, Pondros writes it down with an owner and a due date. It checks in with the owner before it's due, reads their reply, and tells whoever asked when the work goes quiet. Anyone can ask it where things stand, or hand it the admin a project manager would do.

Plans that include Pondros
Every plan includes Pondros in Slack: Free, Business and Enterprise. Tasks, follow-ups and questions are unlimited on all of them; what changes is how many documents Pondros writes for you each month. New workspaces start with a 14-day trial with everything unlimited, and no card. See Plans and billing.
Where Pondros runs
Pondros works in Slack. You talk to it by tagging @Pondros in a channel, messaging it directly, or typing /pondros, and it replies where you asked. It also reads the channels it’s in, so an ask one teammate makes of another gets tracked without anyone tagging Pondros at all.
Everything it tracks lands on one board in the Pondros web app at app.pondros.com, by owner, due date, project and status. You extend what it can reach, like your calendar, your Drive and the tools your team works in, through integrations.
Billing
Business is billed per active user: someone who used Pondros in the last 28 days by asking it something, replying to a follow-up or closing a task. Being assigned a task doesn’t count, and guests are always free. There are no seats to assign, so anyone in your Slack can start using it without asking.
The only thing metered is AI-built documents: Docs, Sheets and Slides Pondros writes for you. Free includes 3 a month and Business 20. When you reach the allowance, everything else keeps working. See Plans and billing.
For everyone
Put Pondros to work
If Pondros is in your Slack, you can use it now; there’s nothing to install or sign up for. (If it isn’t there yet, anyone can set it up.) The fastest way to see what it knows is to ask it: @Pondros what's overdue?
Common uses
Each link opens a guide with messages to paste.
- Hand off a task: ask a teammate for something in a channel and it’s tracked with an owner and a due date.
- Chase approvals and deliverables: hand it off once, and Pondros checks in until it lands.
- Run client work: one board across every client, and the state of an account before the call.
- Standups and status: turn a standup thread into owned tasks, and get the week’s status without compiling it.
- Research and write: a market scan, a client deck, or a doc in your Drive.
- Standing jobs: “every Monday, post what slipped last week in #leads”.
Get started covers your first message, what Pondros does with it, and where to find your board.
For administrators
Set Pondros up once for everyone
Setup takes about five minutes, and the person who installs Pondros becomes the workspace’s first admin. The setup screens walk you through it:
- Add Pondros to Slack and approve its permissions. If your workspace only lets admins add apps, there’s a message to send your Slack admin.
- Pick the channels where work gets handed out. Pondros joins your public channels; private ones need an invite.
- Decide on DMs: each person can let Pondros catch the asks in their own direct messages. It starts off.
- Connect your tools, or skip and do it later.
Once it’s in, everyone in your Slack workspace can use it straight away, with no per-person setup. Set up Pondros walks through each step, what to have ready, and how to check it works.
