Google Calendar and Drive

Calendar and Drive are personal connections: each person connects their own, and Pondros only uses it for things it does for that person.

Google Calendar

Connecting your calendar lets Pondros:

• DM you a short brief a few minutes before a meeting: who’s coming and what’s open with them;
• answer questions like what’s on my calendar tomorrow?

Access is read-only. Pondros can see your events, not change them.

Google Drive

Connecting your Drive lets Pondros write Google Docs, Sheets and Slides for you, in a folder called Pondros in your own Drive. It asks the first time you request a document.

Pondros can only open files it created or files you choose to share with it. It can’t browse the rest of your Drive. See Documents.

Type /pondros connectin Slack to see your connections. To remove access, take Pondros out of your Google account’s third-party access settings.
