What’s in it

The Integrations page searches a directory of more than 3,000 apps, including Asana, ClickUp, HubSpot, Linear, Notion, Jira, Trello, monday.com, Salesforce and GitHub. Filter by Popular or Connected, or search by name.

Anyone on the team can connect a directory app for the workspace. It connects read-only; see How connecting works.

Using a connected app

Ask Pondros the way you’d ask a colleague who has the app open:

@Pondros what's the latest on the Acme deal in HubSpot?

@Pondros which Linear issues for the launch are still open?

With the app switched to Read & write, it can act there too:

@Pondros create a Linear issue for the checkout bug and assign it to Rob

Per-tool settings

Each app’s page lists the individual tools Pondros can use in it, each set to Run automatically or Off, plus who can use the connection and a Disconnect button.

Project tools

Pondros doesn’t ask you to leave Asana or ClickUp. Slack stays where work is discussed, your project tool stays where it’s managed, and Pondros tracks and chases what’s agreed in between.

Note

Tasks on your Pondros board don’t sync back and forth with your project tool automatically. Ask Pondros to create or update something there, with the app on Read & write.
