How connecting works
Personal and workspace connections, read-only by default, and who can switch on changes.
Connect an app
- In the Pondros app, open Integrations, find the app and connect it. You’ll sign in to the app itself to approve access.
- Or ask in Slack: @Pondros connect Linear, and it sends you the link.
- Or tick your tools during setup.
Read-only by default
A newly connected app is Read only: Pondros is only given that app’s reading tools, so it can look things up but not create, change or delete anything.
Note
The app’s own sign-in screen may say it’s granting full access, because most apps don’t offer a read-only sign-in. What Pondros is allowed to do is limited on our side.
Letting Pondros make changes
Each connected app has a Read only | Read & writeswitch. With Read & write on, Pondros can send, create, change and delete things in that app when asked, without a separate approval step, and the switch says so before you confirm. Each app’s page also lets you turn individual tools off.

If nobody in the workspace is an admin yet, members can do what an admin can. See Admins.
Disconnect
Open the app on the Integrations page and choose Disconnect. Pondros stops using it straight away. You can also revoke Pondros from the other app’s own settings.
