How is Pondros priced?
By the people who actually use it. Business is $15 a month for each person who used Pondros in the last 28 days, or $10 each if you pay for the year. One invoice for the workspace — there are no seats to buy or assign.
What counts as a task?
Anything you ask Pondros to create in Slack: a task off a call, a note, a follow-up you fire at the bot. Free includes 30 a month. Business is unlimited.
What is an Agentic AI run?
Multi-step work the agent takes on for you — researching across your workspace, or pushing work into another tool. A conversation counts once, however long it runs. Nudges, reminders, chasing and creating documents don't count at all. Free includes 3 runs a month, Business 20, for the whole workspace rather than each person.
What happens if I run out of runs?
Nothing stops at your allowance — Pondros keeps working past it and shows you where you stand. If you want the meter clear you can add a one-off top-up from Billing — 50 runs for $39, bought once, not a subscription. Far above the allowance sits a safety ceiling, so a runaway loop can't quietly spend your money; if you ever reach it Pondros says so in Slack and a top-up clears it.
Who am I paying for?
Anyone who did something with Pondros in the last 28 days — asked it for something, replied to a chase, closed a task, opened the app. Being assigned work you never touched doesn't count, and neither does sitting in the channel. Guests and outside connections are always free.
What if someone stops using it?
They drop off after 28 quiet days and your bill goes down at your next renewal. Adding someone is charged from the day they start; removing someone waits for the renewal, so one person's holiday never moves your invoice twice.
Do I have to give people access first?
No, and you can't — there's nothing to assign. Anyone in your Slack workspace can use Pondros the moment they want to, and that's also the moment they start counting. It's how a team next to yours can try it without asking anyone.
Do I need a card to try Business?
No. You get 14 days of Business when you sign up, with no card. When it ends you drop to Free and Pondros keeps working — we'll just tell you how many people used it and what a plan would cost.
